Haldi Doodh 

Also known as turmeric milk or golden milk, haldi doodh is the most prevelant and commonly cosumed beverage to boost immunity. In a glass of milk add turmeric and your haldi doodh will be ready.

Kadha 

A kadha is a blend of many spices and herbs such as cardamom, ginger, pepper, cinnamon and honey with the intention of boosting immunity and improving vitality.

Turmeric Tea 

Unlike haldi doodh, turmeric chai traditionally doesn't include milk in it. It is quite easy to prepare with simple ingredients like turmeric, lemon juice and honey.
