If you love various Indian sweets, especially Gulab Jamun or Rasgulla, gur rasgulla will surely be your favourite. You can also make it at home very easily without spending much effort. Hereâs a recipe to try.
For the rasgulla: 1 cup milk powder 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 1/4 cup semolina 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon saffron strands Water as needed For the gur syrup: 1 cup jaggery 1 cup water 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
Mix milk powder, all-purpose flour, semolina, baking soda, cardamom powder, and saffron strands and knead to form a dough into balls.
Boil water and add the rasgullas. Cook for 15-20 minutes.
Make a syrup with jaggery and water. Let them soak for at least 30 minutes and serve.
