1 cup jaggery 1 litre milk 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder Chopped nuts for garnish
Take a pan and heat milk while adding grated jaggery and cardamom powder.
Cook the mixture until the jaggery dissolves and the milk thickens.
Let the kheer cool slightly before serving, garnish it with chopped nuts.
