Gulab Sharbat: The Ultimate Summer Punch

Made with some simple ingredients, this delicious thick and creamy sharbat can be made in just a few minutes.

Ingredients

1 litre milk 3 tablespoon mixed dry fruits 2 tablespoon cashews 2 tablespoon almonds 1/2 cup sugar 1 tablespoon rose syrup 150 ml water 2 tablespoon pistachios 3 tablespoon rose syrup 

Step 1

To begin with, take milk and add sugar to it and keep stirring until it turns thick. Once the milk Rabri turns thick add crushed almonds and cashews. 

Step 2

Take a blender and add chilled milk, sugar, rose water, a dash of cinnamon and rabri. After blending it once, add some rose syrup and chilled water.

Step 3

Blend the mixture and add in dry fruits and nuts, blend till it turns thick, creamy and frothy.  

Step 4

Now, take the serving glasses, add rose syrup, pour the sharbat and garnish with crushed dry fruits and nuts.
