Gujarati thepla is among the easiest, most delicious, and nutritious winter delights you must not miss out on. If you like to relish it but don’t know how to make it, this short guide will help you.
1 cup fenugreek leaves 1 tsp salt 1 cup wheat flour ½ tsp red chilli powder 1 cup besan 1-inch ginger paste ¼ tsp turmeric powder ½ tsp coriander powder 1 tsp chopped green chillies 1 tbsp oil 3-5 tbsp curd ½ tsp cumin, ajwain seeds
Take out flour in a deep vessel and combine it with besan.
Add salt to taste, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, red chillies powder, and other ingredients.
Combine it with curd and knead the dough with water. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
Divide the dough into smaller spheres and roll them into a disc.
Roast thepla on a hot skillet using ghee.
Enjoy thepla with curry or winter pickles.
