Best paired with fluffy pooris, this classic mango dessert is prepared with ripe mangoes, sugar, cardamom powder and dry fruits. Here is an easy recipe to try.
4 mangoes, ripe 2 tbsp sugar 1 tsp cardamom powder A pinch of saffron soaked in 4 tbsp of milk Slivered almonds and pistachios, for garnish
Peel and cube the mangoes.
Add the mango cubes to the blender and blend until smooth.
Transfer it to a bowl, add cardamom powder, saffron milk and sugar and combine well.
Chill for a couple of hours. Garnish with slivered almonds and pistachios and enjoy with hot pooris.
