Guilt-Free Snacking Made Easy With Healthy Beetroot Dimsums Without Maida

Beetroot Dimsums are a colourful and healthy appetiser that is brimming with creamy cheese filling. Experience the bright flavours of these dumplings. 

Ingredients

1 beetroot Water (as required) Salt (a pinch) 1/4 cup cream cheese 2 tbsp cream 1/4 cup spring onion greens, finely chopped 

Step 1 

Using a mandoline, slice the beetroot into thin rounds and boil them in salted water for 2-3 minutes. Strain and pat dry the beetroot rounds to remove excess moisture. 

Step 2

In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cream, chopped spring onion greens, and salt to prepare the filling. 

Step 3

Spoon the cream cheese filling onto the boiled beetroot rounds and shape them as desired. Garnish with spring onion greens and chili oil. Serve immediately and enjoy the delightful flavours!
