2 sweet potatoes Salt Chilli powder (optional)

Slice sweet potatoes paper thin using a mandolin. Make sure you don't make the slices too thick or too thin. Throw the sweet potato slices into a dish full of cold water and ice for 15 minutes. This helps the chips get crispy.
Wipe dry with a towel. Then season with salt and pepper. Arrange the slices on a piece of parchment paper and cook them in the microwave that way. Make sure the diameter of your parchment paper is the same as the microwave's turn table.
Just a few minutes in the microwave should do it. How long it takes to bake a sweet potato depends on its size and thickness. The power of your microwave will also affect the cooking time.
Initially you may burn a few until you understand how much time you need. So be patient. Keep rotating them in between cooking intervals, once ready serve them with a cheesy sauce. Enjoy
