Enjoy these Zero Oil Non-Fried Puris guilt-free, a healthy variation of a traditional Indian favourite. By using a few simple ingredients and getting creative, you can savour the crispy deliciousness of puris without all the extra oil.

Ingredients 

1 cup whole wheat flour 1/4 tsp salt 1 ½ tbsp Dahi   Water (as needed)

Step 1

Mix whole wheat flour and salt in a bowl. Add dahi and knead into a slightly stiff dough, adding water as needed. Dahi ensures a perfect texture.

Step 2

Roll out small portions of the dough into puris and cook them in boiling water until they float up, approximately 2-3 minutes.

Step 3

Wipe the cooked puris with a cloth to remove excess moisture before transferring them to the preheated air fryer.

Step 4

Preheat the air fryer to 190 degrees Celsius for 5-6 minutes. Place the puris in a single layer, ensuring they do not overlap. Air fry the puris for 4 minutes until they turn golden brown and crispy.

Serve hot with your favourite side dish or enjoy them on their own for a guilt-free snack.
