Guilt-free 10 Minutes No Bake Peanut Cookie

These cookies take no baking time and only a few ingredients, including delicious peanut butter, honey, and nutritious rolled oats.

Ingredients

1 cup peanut butter 1/2 cup honey 1 1/2 cups rolled oats 1/2 cup shredded coconut 1/4 cup chopped peanuts 1/4 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla extract

Step 1

Take a bowl and add peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until well until smooth.

Step 2

Now Add the rolled oats, shredded coconut , chopped peanuts , and salt to the mixture. Mix well.

Step 3

Now Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into small balls.

Step 4

Using a fork gently press down on each ball, creating a pattern on the top of the cookies.

Step 5

Now refrigerate the cookies for about 1 hour, or until firm. Once the cookies have hardened, they are ready enjoy!
