Avocados are not new in India but they are surely making their way into Indian restaurants. From toasts to dips, the fruit is being used to present appetising and nutritious dishes. Try making guacamole at home with these simple tips.
1 ripe avocado 1 onion 1 tomato 1 tbsp lemon juice Salt to taste 1 tsp garlic 20 grams of coriander 1 tbsp olive oil

You can add salt, coriander, and garlic. Grind into a coarse paste.
