3 Meals A Day

Sidharth likes to keep his diet light and sticks to a 3-meal a day policy. He usually avoids snacks and munchies in between the day. 

Breakfast

His breakfast usually consists of boiled eggs and sweet potatoes – a healthy mix of protein and carbs right in the morning. 

Lunch & Dinner

Sidharth’s lunch includes chicken breast, green veggies and boiled potatoes, while his usual dinner is mostly grilled fish, full of proteins. 

Banana & Broccoli

Sidharth’s favourite fruit is banana and his most loved veggie is broccoli- quite a healthy choice, isn’t it? 

Love For Seafood

Sidharth loves seafood way too much- everything from fish, prawns to even oysters top Sid’s most favourite list.

Sweet Treat

Sid has a sweet tooth and loves to gorge on jalebis. But when choosing a healthy substitute, Sidharth opts for jaggery or prunes.
