2 medium sized brinjals 1 onion finely chopped 1 tbsp corn 1 small capsicum chopped 7-8 small pieces of cottage cheese 1 small carrot finely chopped salt to taste

Peel the brinjal in strips and make a slit in the middle. Heat butter / oil in a pan and fry it from all sides on medium to high flame.

Now chop all the vegetables and mix. Heat butter in a pan, lightly fry green chilies and ginger, add all the vegetables and mix well.
