Grilled Healthy One-Pot Chicken For Dinner

Made with chicken marinated in curd and various flavourful spices, grilled chicken is perfect for occasions like family dinner and house parties. Here is an easy recipe to try at home:

Ingredients

350 g chicken (washed) 1/2 cup hung curd 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder 1/4 teaspoon powdered black pepper Salt as required 1 teaspoon garam masala powder

Step 1

In a bowl, combine curd, ginger paste, garlic paste and all the masalas. Stir all the ingredients together until well blended.

Step 2

Now add the chicken pieces and apply the masala mixture all over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or up to 24 hours.

Step 3

Once done, preheat the oven at 190 degrees Celsius. Grill the marinated chicken for 1 hour, flipping them after 30 minutes so that both sides can cook evenly. Serve hot with salad or a dip.
