Craving grilled chicken in this cold weather? From lemon to pineapple, here are some ways to spruce up your grilled chicken this winter.
Marinate the chicken with salsa and Greek yoghurt and grill it to perfection. Wrap it up in a tortilla and stuff in your veggies to indulge in this delight.
Prepare a citrusy marinade with lemon juice, pepper, oregano, chilli powder and olive oil. Baste the chicken with it for 30 minutes and put on the grill to get a smoky flavour.
Chop vegetables like bell peppers, onions, mushrooms and baby corn. Grill them lightly on a grill pan and toss the marinated chicken in it. Pair with brown rice and enjoy.
Coat the chicken in teriyaki sauce and grill it perfectly. Then, keep it aside while you place sliced pineapples on the bread slice and indulge in this sandwich.
Make Lebanese-style grilled chicken, with a yoghurt-based marinade. Stuff it in the shawarma bread and wrap it up with veggies and serve with hummus.
