From tofu to corn, there are plenty of vegetables that can take the grill heat. There are certain meats too that cook well on it. Here’s what you should be grilling.
Grilling corn is one of the easiest and smoothest things to do. Take the corn, place on the grill, keep flipping and rub with lemon and salt in the end.
When it comes to meat, lamb is flavourful choice and certain cuts like leg, loin and ribs grill pretty well because of firm texture. Grilling right makes it tender and juicier.
The vegan alternative for protein, tofu has a firm exterior and can handle the direct heat of the grill easily. Coat with garlic and herbs and char grill the cubes.
Not all kinds of fish can be cooked on a grill. For instance, mackerel and salmon are much better choices than any delicate and thin variety that can get burnt easily.
After corn, if there’s anything that can be grilled to perfection, it has to be chicken. Marinating it well beforehand is the key to infusing flavours before grilling it.
