Green Mango Martini: Perfect Summer Afternoon Drink

This refreshingly tart and potent raw mango martini is the ideal drink to unwind with after a busy day or to shake up when you have guests over in the middle of the week.

INGREDIENTS

45 ml vodka 45 ml Grand Marnier 1 raw mango, boiled 15 ml simple syrup Few drops green food colour (optional)

METHOD

Squeeze the pulp of the raw mango into a blender jar and blitz with the simple syrup.

METHOD

Pour the mixture into a cocktail shaker along with the vodka and Grand Marnier.

METHOD

Shake the mixture with lots of ice and strain into a glass of your choice. Serve chilled.
