Green Coconut Chutney: Soothing and Delicious

Ingredients

1 cup fresh coconut   ½ cup roasted peanuts   1 ginger   2 green chilies   Coriander leaves   Curry leaves Salt to taste For Tadka 2 tsp oil   1 tsp cumin seeds   2 tsp mustard seeds 1 tsp chana dal 1 tsp urad dal 3 to 4 red chillies  

Step 1

Take a coconut and boil it. Remove the shell and cut it into slices. 

Step 2

In a blender, add fresh coconut. Add green chilies, ginger, roasted peanuts, curry leaves, coriander leaves, salt and water.

Step 3

Blend the chutney and add it to a bowl. 

Step 4

Prepare tadka using oil, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, chana dal, urad dal and red chilies.  

Step 5

Pour the tadka into the chutney and mix. Enjoy!
