Green Antioxidant Juice For Blood Sugar And Weight Loss

Green juice is packed with leafy greens that are rich in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, all of which level up our immunity and bring a host of health-benefiting properties.  

It also comes loaded with plant enzymes that facilitate better nutrient absorption and digestion. 

Ingredients

1 Green Apple 15-20 spinach leaves 20g parsley 1/2 lemon 10g ginger

Step 1

To begin with, wash all the ingredients thoroughly.

Step 2

Juice together green apple, spinach, parsley and ginger. 

Step 3

Now add lemon juice of 1/2 a lemon. Mix well. 

Step 4

Use water to adjust consistency, if required and drink.
