Oh yes, you can make a chatpati potato bhel with grated and fried sticks, coriander leaves and spices like red chilli powder, turmeric and more.
Simple to make ball-shaped dumplings, take some grated potatoes, toss them in all purpose flour and steam them. Use as a side dish or add to a gravy.
The sweet lovers might be inquisitive about this potato halwa. So get your grated potatoes and stir them with sugar, water, lime juice and ghee. Add chopped nuts and enjoy.
This savoury pancake can be eaten for breakfast as well as a snack. The grated potatoes, mixed with pancake batter are shallow-fried. It is a cross between pancake and cutlet.
