Ginger Honey Tea 

Warm up with ginger-honey tea, a traditional remedy for aches and pains caused by the common cold and sore throat. 

Turmeric Milk 

A traditional recipe passed down through the generations: turmeric milk, a golden elixir rich in anti-inflammatory and immune-boosting properties. 

Ajwain Potli 

A heated bag of carom seeds called ajwain potli can help alleviate respiratory pain and winter congestion. 

Mulethi Churan 

One of Grandma's beloved remedies, mulethi churan, is a sugary mixture that helps with coughing and sore throats. 

Tulsi Kadha 

To help with cold symptoms and strengthen the immune system, try using tulsi kadha, a herbal infusion. 

Jaggery and Pepper Mix

It is claimed that blending jaggery and pepper may increase immunity, as well as offer warmth and protect against winter chills.
