When work’s hectic and there’s little time to pack lunch, look for easier ways to make a wholesome meal. Take out 10 minutes and make paneer bhurji and more.
Splatter jeera aka cumin seeds in oil and add the cubed potatoes with turmeric, red chilli powder and salt. Toss for a few seconds and enjoy.
Substitute rava with crushed bread slices. Mix them with some spices like curry leaves and mustard seeds. You can also use bread crumbs for a fine texture.
Scramble the paneer aka cottage cheese and flavour it with turmeric and red chilli powder. Add chopped onions and tomatoes and garnish with coriander leaves.
