Paratha is one of the most common breakfast options. If you have got some leftover moong dal, you can make a healthy paratha. To make a quick and healthy breakfast, try this moong dal paratha.
2 cups whole wheat flour 1 cup cooked dal 1/2 cup chopped onions 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander 1 teaspoon cumin powder 1 teaspoon garam masala Salt to taste Water as needed
Mix whole wheat flour, dal, chopped onion, coriander, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt.
Add water and knead the dough till smooth.
Divide the dough into ball-sized portions. Roll into thin circles.
Heat a tawa and cook on both sides till golden brown. Brush with ghee.
Serve hot with achaar and raita.
