When it comes to making biryani, it is always appropriate to make it in large amounts so that everyone can have a satisfying portion in their fill. However, the problem arises when a significant portion gets left over. Instead of throwing this heartfelt biryani out, transform it into these delightful recipes.
Mash biryani then add chopped onions, gram flour, spices and salt to make pakora mix. Fry them golden and serve.
Combine biryani with mashed potatoes, chillies, cheese and coriander. Mix well, make balls, coat them in slurry and breadcrumbs, and fry them golden.
Stir-fry leftover biryani with eggs to quickly create an Asian street-style delicacy.
Stuff biryani into samosa sheets and deep fry or air fry it golden.
Fill biryani in taco shells along with lettuce, cheese, olives and pepper. Enjoy it with your favourite sauce.
