Foremost, the burnt milk should be transferred to a new pan as the old utensil will change the milk's taste and aroma.
Another way to fix burnt milk is to add some grated jaggery in the milk and transform it into a sweet delight.
Adding in cardamom can remove the pungent smell from the burnt milk and will enhance the taste.
Just like cardamom, cinnamon sticks or powder can also reduce the smell from the burnt milk.
One should consume the burnt milk asap as if stored in fridge, the burnt taste will increase, and the milk will get spoiled.
