Instagram and other social media platforms are filled with innovative momos recipes, from sabudana momos to chocolate momos. But have you ever heard of ever-viral gondhoraj momos? Try this momo at home to bring great taste to your dinner table!
For the dough: 1 cup all-purpose flour 1/4 cup water 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder For the filling: 1 cup mixed vegetables 1/4 cup soy sauce 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon gondhoraj lime zest 1/4 teaspoon gondhoraj lime juice Salt to taste
Combine flour, water, salt, and turmeric powder and knead a dough.
Combine mixed vegetables, soy sauce, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, ghndhoraj lime zest, gondhoraj lime juice, and salt. Stir fry it and mix well.
Make momos and steam them for 10-15 minutes.
Serve hot with your favourite dipping sauce.
