Gondhoraj lemon, an aromatic citrus delight from West Bengal, is beloved in Bengali kitchens. This lemon has gained popularity across various cuisines and fine dining establishments.
Gondhoraj chicken fry is a crispy, aromatic dish marinated with salt, lemon zest and juice and batter-fried to serve golden brown with kasundi.
Gondhoraj chingri features giant prawns in a creamy, tangy lemon sauce. Marinate, cook and simmer the prawns in the luscious sauce and serve with steamed rice.
