Enjoy the delightful experience of Golgappa, a popular snack, filled with the refreshing essence of Amrood ka Paani. It's a perfect treat for Chhoti Diwali, combining the crispy texture of the snack with the sweet and tangy flavours of guava flavour.

2 large Guavas ¼ cup fresh Corriander leaves 2 tsp Ginger 1 tbsp roasted cumin powder 2.5 tbsp black salt 2 large tsp chilli powder 2 Large juice of Lemon 1 tsp of asafoetida ¼ cup sugar 1 green chili 1 cup chilled water + 500 ml chilled water

3-4 large boiled potatoes finely chopped 1 tbsp Chaat masala 1 tsp cumin powder A pinch of chilli powder

Chop the Guavas into large pieces. Next, put everything listed for Amrood Ka pani into a blender and process till a smooth paste form. Strain it and add more chilled water if required.
Put together the potato filling. Assemble the puri or gol gappas and its ready to be served. Enjoy!
