Gobi paratha is a must-have in winter. You must think that everyone suggests it, but once you taste it, you will not be able to put it down unless you have finished the whole thing. Try this easy recipe.

Ingredients

1 grated cauliflower 1 chopped onion Salt to taste 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp red chilli powder ½ tsp coriander powder ¼ tsp garam masala ¼ tsp black pepper 2 tbsp coriander leaves 1 cup flour Water and oil as needed

Step 1

Wash and grate a cauliflower, chop an onion, sprinkle salt, and keep the mixture aside.

Step 2

Meanwhile, knead a soft dough and let it rest for the gluten to develop.

Step 3

Squeeze the cauliflower and onion mixture, add spices, and toss the ingredients in the bowl.

Step 4

Divide the dough into small balls, roll them into discs, and stuff them with cauliflower.

Step 5

Gently roll the dough so it does not tear apart and spread it on a hot tawa.

Step 6

Roast gobi paratha and enjoy it with pickles and raita.
