Everyone loves a paratha for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Try something new aside from typical aloo paratha. Take a look at this recipe to enjoy seasonal vegetables.
1 cup whole wheat flour 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 cup water 1 cup cauliflower, grated 1 green chilli 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder Salt to taste Ghee or butter for cooking
Combine whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, salt, and baking soda to make a dough.
Stir fry grated cauliflower, green chilli, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, and salt in some oil. Mix well.
Make roti with the filling.
Place the paratha on the hot griddle and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Apply ghee to both sides of the paratha and serve.
