Ingredients: 2 tsp coriander seed. 1 tsp Cumin seeds 1 cardamom pod 2 pinches of saffron threads. ¾ cup sugar. ½ cup of boiling water. ½ cup of chopped fresh ginger
Dry roast the spices until fragrant. Dissolve the sugar in boiling water and pour over the spices. Blend the mixture and pass it through a mesh strainer till smooth. Infuse for at least an hour before using.
60 ml Vodka. 30 ml ginger syrup 15 ml lemon juice. Sparkling water Slice of lime. Mint leaves Ice
Add vodka, ginger syrup and lemon juice to a glass with ice, add a splash of sparkling water and stir together. Garnish with a lime slice and mint.
