Gluten, Sugar And Oil-Free Laddoo For Your Dessert Cravings

Laddoo is all-time favourite dessert. Be it any puja or occasion, laddoo always makes place in the sweet platter. With people being health conscious, we have jotted down the sugar free and oil free recipe. Take a look:

Ingredients

¼ cup almond ¼ cup walnut ¼ cup pumpkin seeds ¼ cup sunflower seeds 2 tbsp white sesame seeds Pounded cardamom ½ cup seedless sticky dates Salt

Step 1

Dry roast all the nuts and bring it to a cool  temperature.

Step 2

In a mixer grinder add all the nuts and seeds. Add pounded cardamom. Grind it coarsely.

Step 3

Churn the seedless sticky dates and salt.

Mix everything together and make balls in the form of laddoos.

Store in fridge for 10 days in airtight container.
