Craving a quick, light snack? Rice paper dumplings are the perfect solution. These versatile, gluten-free treats are easy to make and customise to your taste.
Rice paper wrappers Mixed vegetables (carrot, cabbage, bell pepper), thinly sliced Tofu or shrimp, diced (optional) Soy sauce Sesame oil Garlic, minced Ginger, minced
Stir-fry the vegetables, tofu or shrimp, garlic, and ginger in sesame oil until soft. Add soy sauce to taste.
Dip a rice paper wrapper in warm water until soft. Place the filling in the centre and fold it into a dumpling shape.
Lightly pan-fry the dumplings until crispy on both sides. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
