Gluten-Free Chia Seed Pudding For A Healthy Dessert

Chia seeds are considered to be one of the healthiest seeds that promote weight loss and boost overall health. If you are craving something sweet here’s a quick guilt-free dessert recipe.

Ingredients

Milk - 1/2 cup Chia seeds - 2 tablespoons Honey - 1 tablespoon Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon Chopped fruits for garnishing

Step 1

Soak the chia seeds in milk for about ten minutes, and then add honey and vanilla extract.

Step 2

Mix everything till you get a pudding-like consistency.

Step 3

Refrigerate for about two hours till the pudding is thicker.

Step 4

Top the pudding with chopped fruits like mangoes, bananas, cherries, etc.

Step 5

You can also add some dry fruits and nuts before serving.
