Give Yourself A Floral Treat With Homemade Rose Ice Cream

It is a creamy, sweet and floral treat that is easy to make at home. This ice cream combines the essence of rose with creamy vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients

2 cups heavy cream 1 cup whole milk 1 cup granulated sugar 1 tsp rose water 1/4 tsp pink food coloring (optional) 1 tsp vanilla extract

Step 1

In a bowl add in heavy cream and milk . Whisk them well. Add granulated sugar and whisk until the sugar has dissolved.

Step 2

Add rose water, pink food coloring (optional) and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Step 3

Now Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn accordingly.

Step 4

Now Transfer the ice cream into a container with a lid and freeze for at least 4 hours or until it is firm.

Step 5

Scoop the rose ice cream into bowls and serve immediately. Garnish with rose petals and enjoy!
