Give Satay A Veg Twist With Madhumita Bishnu's Grilled Babycorn With Satay Sauce

Ingredients

7 Babycorns washed 1/4 cup coconut milk Lemongrass as required 1/2 tsp red chilli paste 1 lime juice 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1" ginger chopped 1-2 garlic cloves chopped 1 tsp brown sugar Salt as per taste 7 Bamboo skewers For Satay Sauce 1/4 cup peanut butter 2 Tbsp soya sauce 1 lime juice Salt as per taste

Step 1

Wash the baby corns and set aside. In a bowl add coconut milk, lemongrass, salt, lime juice, brown sugar, spices, chopped ginger, chopped garlic and set aside for 1 hr.

Step 2

Insert the Baby Corn into the skewers. Marinate the baby corn with the prepared mix and set aside.

Step 3

Grill the Babycorn and set it aside.
