Give A New Twist To Your Boring Lassi With Pineapple

Pineapple Lassi is a delightful variation on ordinary Lassi that includes pineapple. We are confident that everyone in your home will enjoy it if you cook it for your special feasts.

Ingredients

1/2 cup Pineapple , cut into small dices 1/4 cup Sugar 2 cups Curd (Dahi / Yoghurt) 1/4 cup Fresh cream 3 Saffron strands Salt , a pinch to taste Ice cubes , as desired

Step 1

Grated pineapple and sugar and  sautéed in hot pan for two to three minutes. Place aside and let it to cool.

Step 2

Now Combine yoghurt, milk, heavy cream, ice cubes, saffron, and salt in a blender. Blend till smooth.

Step 3

Stir the yoghurt mixture well before adding the cooked pineapple. Take a glass and add lassi.

Step 4

Now garnish with black pepper and pineapple syrup or cubes! Serve chilled with meals and enjoy!
