Ginger Tea: A Soothing Drink For Winter

Ginger tea is a very popular Indian drink that is mostly enjoyed during winter.

Ingredients

1 cup water, 1 cup milk, 2 tsp tea powder, 1 heaped tsp ginger, 1 small cardamom, 1.5 tsp sugar

Step 1

Heat water and add crushed ginger and cardamom. Let it boil for few mins, then add tea powder.

Step 2

Boil for 5 mins and add milk to it. Mix it well. Let the ginger tea come to rolling boil and add sugar.

Step 3

Allow for a quick short boil. Strain and serve.
