60 ml light white rum 15 ml sugar syrup Handful of mint leaves 3 slices ginger 15 ml lime juice 90 ml ginger ale
Take a cocktail shaker and add ginger slices. Muddle it well.
Now, add mint leaves and muddle again. Mint leaves should be lightly muddled.
Then, add white rum, lime juice and sugar syrup. Add ice and shake well.
Strain the drink into a glass filled with ice and top with ginger ale. Garnish with mint leaves and serve!
