1 sprig of mint Simple syrup, one ounce Freshly squeezed lime juice 3/4 ounce 1.75 ounces Gin from London, Tanqueray 1 ounce Ginger ale sprig of mint to garnish
Mix the mint leaf, lime juice, and simple syrup in a shaker.
Shake the gin, ginger beer, and ice until thoroughly cooled.
Put fresh ice in a highball glass and strain into it. Insert a mint sprig as garnish.
