Bright and bubbly with a frothy finish, the Gin Fizz is one of the OG cocktails celebrating this now globally popular spirit.
Ingredients
60 ml gin 10 ml lemon juice 15ml simple syrup or maple syrup 1 egg white Garnish with lemon twist Soda water
Step 1
Add the gin, lemon juice and egg white to a cocktail shaker and shake until frothy.
Step 2
