Winters are finally here and so is the seasonal cold and flu. The sudden changes in weather can make the human body go weak in terms of immunity. As compared to most of the desserts, this halwa is not just delicious in taste but super-healthy and is taken daily in winter. Here is the recipe for Ghee Ginger Pepper Halwa.
¼ cup grated ginger 1-2 Tbsp Ghee Pepper, to taste Pinch of turmeric 2 Tbsp Jaggery
Add ghee in kadhai and when hot enough, add grated ginger and saute well. Add pinch of turmeric in it along with jaggery & black pepper and mix well.

Cook the ginger well and when done, store in an airtight container. You can have 1 Tbsp of this ginger halwa early in the morning with some crushed Tulsi leaves to cure your coughs and colds.
