Time to bring back a Prohibition-era drink into the foray of artisanal liqueurs, craft cocktails and distilled drinks; this classic delivers.

INGREDIENTS

60 ml gin 22 ml lemon juice 1 tablespoon raw honey/honey syrup Lemon rind, for garnish

METHOD

Add all the ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake thoroughly to combine.

METHOD

Strain and serve in a chilled glass garnished with a lemon peel.
