Get Those Gains With This High Protein Dip

One of the most underrated foods when following a high-protein diet is cottage cheese.  By blending it into a yummy dip, you have a snack companion that cares about your fitness as much as you do.

Ingredients

1 cup cottage cheese ½ cup coriander 2 chipotle peppers 1 small cucumber, finely diced 2 garlic cloves 3 tsp lime juice ½ tsp salt Freshly cracked black pepper to taste.

Method

Add all your ingredients to a blender and blitz into a smooth paste. Stir through your diced cucumber. Chill and enjoy!
