1 cup cottage cheese ½ cup coriander 2 chipotle peppers 1 small cucumber, finely diced 2 garlic cloves 3 tsp lime juice ½ tsp salt Freshly cracked black pepper to taste.
Add all your ingredients to a blender and blitz into a smooth paste. Stir through your diced cucumber. Chill and enjoy!
