When there’s nothing for breakfast, the best route is to dunk it all in a bowl. From sweet creamy fruit bowls to savoury high-protein ones, make your pick.
Replace the boring oats with quinoa. Add to it some ginger and cinnamon. Flavour the bowl with sliced apples and load up on this nutritious breakfast.
Add a meaty touch to your morning meals with this bacon and cabbage breakfast bowl. Layered with sushi rice, cabbage and bacon, eggs are also tossed on top.
All you need are some butternut squash noodles, avocados, spices and eggs and you are good to go. Place one thing on top of another, mix well and eat.
