Bored of aloo parathas and gobi parathas? Try this unique garlic paratha right in your home with little to no ingredients.
1 cup whole wheat flour 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 cup water 1 tablespoon melted butter 1 tablespoon minced garlic 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
Combine whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, salt, baking soda, melted butter, minced garlic, cumin seeds, and red chilli powder. Make a dough.
Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Cook for 1-2 minutes per side.
Brush the cooked paratha with melted butter and sprinkle it with minced garlic.
Serve hot with your favourite curry, chutney, or raita.
