For dough 1 cup Maida 1 tbsp milk powder ¼ tsp baking powder ¼ tsp baking soda ¼ tsp salt 2 tbsp dahi ¼ cup milk 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp chilli flakes Water if required
For Filling 2 Tbsp melted butter 2 cheese cubes 2 tbsp boiled corn 2 tbsp chopped capsicum Basil leaves ¼ cup mozzarella cheese
Gradually add the dough's ingredients and mix them together until you have a soft dough. Place a wet cloth over the dough and leave it for 30 minutes.
After that, roll out a thick roti, spread melted butter all over it, and then put the filling on the edge of the half-circle. Bring the other side over the bread now. Use a fork to seal the edges.
Preheat the oven. Set the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and put the bread on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown. It goes well with mayonnaise or cheesy dip.
