As the frosty tendrils of winter weave their way through our days, there's a comforting rhythm to be found in the kitchen. And what better way to embrace the season's chill than by embracing the verdant, versatile cruciferous hero: Broccoli.
1 cup poha (flattened rice) 1/2 cup grated coconut 1/4 cup powdered sugar 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon saffron strands 1/4 cup ghee (clarified butter) Chopped nuts (pistachios, almonds) for garnish
Dry roast the poha in a pan until slightly golden and fragrant.
Mix roasted poha, grated coconut, powdered sugar, cardamom powder, and saffron strands.
Add melted ghee and mix well. Shape them into laddus.
Roll the laddus in chopped nuts and serve.
