1 cup gram flour (besan) 1/2 cup ghee (clarified butter) 1/4 cup powdered sugar 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon saffron 1/4 cup chopped nuts
Heat the ghee over medium heat until it melts and becomes fragrant.
Add the gram flour to the hot ghee and stir continuously. This process may take 10-15 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat and add the powdered sugar, cardamom powder, and saffron. Mix well.
Knead and let it set and cut. Garnish with chopped nuts.
