Kadubu, a traditional South Indian snack, is a popular dish in Karnataka and is especially loved around Ganesh Chaturthi. Here are some types of kadubu you can try.
Sweet steamed rice cakes, usually made during festivals, with a delightful blend of jaggery and coconut.

These cylindrical-shaped rice cakes are prepared in jackfruit, turmeric or screw pine leaves, offering a unique flavour.
These kadubu are made using mashed boiled potato along with fried onions, curry leaves and spices, often served with coconut chutney.
A seasonal delight, these kadubu contain fresh Hyacinth beans, adding a wholesome taste.
Flavoured with methi (fenugreek), these dumplings are known for their unique aroma and taste.
